According to a recent tweet by @DogeWhaleAlert, Robinhood investment app holds a third of the circulating Dogecoin supply.
Furthermore, today it announced the official addition of Shiba Inu, the second largest meme cryptocurrency as it seems to be turning its attention to meme cryptos which are becoming a trend in the crypto community.
Robinhood Has 41 Billion Dogecoin
According to the above Twitter account focused on DOGE transactions, popular brokerage app Robinhood continues to float Dogecoin on behalf of its clients.
A tweet published by @DogeWhaleAlert less than an hour ago states that the app contains 41,049,549,937 Dogecoins, which is equivalent to $5,764,136,753. It also accounts for a staggering 30.94 percent of the circulating supply of the leading meme token.
According to the tweet, Dogecoins are placed in two wallets – 3334959 and 1699275 – using eight known digital addresses.

Robinhood adds SHIB, offers a giveaway
Robinhood has finally enlisted the Shiba Inu, delighting the SHIB army that has been waiting for this day for several months. Robinhood’s move was expected to drive the coin’s price to $0.01.
However, SHIB has climbed more than 18 percent on the news so far. Now, after a slight downtrend, the coin is changing hands at $0.00002704, according to CoinMarketCap.
On its Twitter handle, Robinhood has officially announced the addition of SHIB, SOL, MATIC and COMP, as other sources had already leaked the news.
Robinhood has given a gift of $100,000 to SHIB – worth 3,679,175,864 Shiba Inu – to celebrate the launch of this crypto on its platform.

As U.Today reports, a petition was started on Change.org last year requesting that Robinhood list the Shiba Inu. It has got a total of 559,701 signatures so far.
