As reported by U.Today, Hogan previously took to Twitter to highlight one important thing that he expects to see at the summary judgment briefing – “the degree to which Ripple compares between XRP and ETH.” Crypto Law founder John Deaton also indicated that an adverse decision for the SEC in the LBRY case could facilitate a settlement in the Ripple case.
What will the public see on September 19
Jeremy Hogan is also upbeat about the September 19 date, as reflected in the parties’ joint scheduling motion on ceiling issues related to upcoming summary judgment motions approved by District Judge Torres.
Hogan believes this will be the “end game” where the public will get to see (most) cards that have parties.
As expectations go beyond this date, James K. fill up has shared what the public can watch on Monday, September 19.
He said in a source of tweets that only revised versions of the brief will be seen on September 19. Actual announcements, demonstrations and statements of Rule 56.1 will be kept private and will be released only after a decision is made at the omnibus briefing regarding the ceiling. ,
The actual documents will not be made public yet, as the brief will be lengthy. However, references and citations to announcements, performances and summarizing Rule 56.1 statements shall be provided.
