SpaceX CEO Elon Musk has noted that the company will begin accepting Dogecoin (DOGE) payments for its goods. The news comes after Tesla, another Musk’s company, started accepting Dogecoin payments occasionally for its goods.
Musk tweeted:
“Tesla merch can be bought with Doge, soon SpaceX merch too.”

Musk’s remarks on both occasions have fueled a rally in the famous and biggest meme coin by market cap.
At the time of writing, Dogecoin (DOGE) was trading at $0.08549 from a low of $0.08549 on Friday, May 27.
When will SpaceX’s DOGE payments begin?
Musk said a payment option to purchase SpaceX merchandise will be available soon but he did not specifically say when it will be made available to the general public.
When asked if SpaceX would enable its customers to pay for Starlink Internet connections with DOGE, he said:
,‘May be one day”
Also, on May 10 last year, SpaceX began accepting full payments for lunar missions, “DOGE-1 Mission to the Moon,” Using Dogecoin.
Musk said:
“Dogecoin will become the first cryptocurrency in the space.”
