Amazon has contributed significantly to this Shiba Inu burner burning SHIB tokens in August
The Shib Burn platform said that, in August, a significant contribution to the Shib burn overall this month was made through Amazon.

Breaking 150 Million SHIB for August with Amazon
The @shib_superstore Twitter account founded by smartphone game maker Travis Johnson, which uses its games and online stores to burn SHIB, has announced that it has burned more than $2,000 worth of SHIB this month.

177 million SHIBs removed, burn rate up 35.36%
In other news, the Shibburn Tracker of Bern Transactions reports that in the past 24 hours, a total of 176,807,968 Shiba Inu have been taken out of circulation by being locked up in wallets without spending any money.
Removing this SHIB stash from the circulating supply has increased the overall burn rate to 35.36 percent.
Mysterious whale bought 52.4 billion SHIB
As previously covered by U.Today, a mysterious whale acquired 52,470,888,570 Shiba Inu, paying $744,561 for it. According to the details of the transfer on Etherscan, the purchase was made on the Binance exchange.
After that transaction, the total balance on that wallet was 657,401,453,770.745. This amount for SHIB is $8,789,457.
Previously, the top 100 Ethereum whales had bought a Shiba Inu worth $37.6 million, which is 2,827,067,669,172 SHIB tokens.
