According to a business owner who regularly burns SHIB, approximately 259 billion Shiba Inu meme tokens have been destroyed.
Bigger Entertainment owner Steven Cooper, who burns SHIB regularly enough, has taken to Twitter to spread the word that a significant amount of SHIB has been taken out of circulation recently.
259 million SHIB burned, 1 billion+ will be gone next week
Nearly 259 billion Shiba Inu tokens have recently been burned by all-burning teams in the SHIB Army who are struggling to reduce the circulating amount of the second-largest meme coin.
He did not specify the period for which these burns were created, however, which is probably from late October – the time when Bigger Entertainment itself began sending Shiba Inu tokens to one of the dead wallets.
He also added that thanks to the combined efforts of all the burning initiatives currently working, next week, over a billion SHIBs will also be gone for good. Cooper’s company is throwing a scheduled SHIB burn party on its YouTube channel on February 14.
The amount of SHIB in his burning pot is increasing every day. So far, this is a total of 210,022,974 tokens.

Over 500 million SHIBs will be gone in four days
According to data shared by another Twitter account that regularly burns SHIB, @317_key on February 15th, the team at Brick Buster game intends to burn tokens on a massive scale in just four days – February 15th.
They plan to burn over 500 million SHIB coins. Its value at the current SHIB/USD exchange rate is $15,404.
To the @317_key user, he tweeted that he has burned 77,745,383 SHIB ($2,500) so far in February and plans to destroy $10,000 worth of meme crypto by the end of the month.

The Shibburn Twitter account has reported that in the last twenty four hours, 6,070,295 sib One in six transactions has been moved to a dead wallet.
The recently launched Shibburn website copied data from Etherscan regarding burned SHIB tokens, putting data about SHIBs sent to different dead wallets into a single feed.
