While SHIB adoption continues to expand, according to WhaleStats, a “Tolkien” whale has been buying another large amount of SHIB over the past two days, making it 105 billion tokens.
Meanwhile, SHIB has added more ATMs, and Valley’s SHIB fast food chain has received more than 300 franchise requests.

According to a tweet posted by WhaleStats crypto tracker, ranked 20th in the list of Top 100 ETH Whales provided by Ethereum Investor Service, “Bombur” bought a total of 54,045,382,286 SHIB today and acquired the same amount 50,992,035,458 Shiba Inu token.
In total, the investor paid about $1.5 million for these two parts of Shiba.

Meanwhile, SHIB remains the largest holding of the top 100 whales on the Ethereum chain, its largest holding by USD value. Altogether, these investors hold a little over $1.3 billion worth of Shiba Inu in their wallets. It should be noted that this week the amount is slowly decreasing as whales are slowly selling and converting cash into other cryptos.
Adoption of SHIB spreads more widely
During this week, the adoption of Shiba Inu has received a major boost. Notably, the second largest canine coin can now buy you a Porsche from Porsche Towson – the company’s only dealer in Baltimore.
In addition, SHIB will be added to more crypto ATMs that belong to the Bitcoin of America chain. As for the food industry, Veles, an Italian fast food chain based in Italy that has chosen SHIB as its mascot, has announced that it recently received over 300 franchise applications.
