We are looking for an English – Korean Translator (full-time work, remote) for our global cryptocurrency news portal BeInCrypto.com, with a focus on covering breaking news quickly and cleanly during Indonesian working hours.
Responsibilities:
- Translate articles per day during the standard workday Translate Beincrypto #learn articles and news articles during the standard workday.
- Able to translate 1000 words/hour
- Edit and update the translated or produced articles on Beincrypto WordPress through the admin panel.
- Provide accurate translations of text
- Being sensitive to the culture of the original languages and the target languages during the translation process
- Meet deadlines and function professionally under deadline pressure
- Terminology research, including extraction of terminology from texts and use of term base
- Be available Monday-Saturday, from 9 am to 6 pm Local Time.
Candidate profile:
- Korean Native Speaker.
- Fluent English
- Minimum of 12 years of experience working as an equity research/financial/business/crypto translator.
- A good understanding of SEO
- A good understanding of cryptocurrency
