We are looking for a remote Global community manager in Telegram.
The Global Community Manager in Telegram will focus on delivering great engagement in our English Telegram platforms (main group is here https://t.me/BeInCryptoCommunity) through educational and expert content, leading discussions, answering questions or including traders if needed.
Requirements
- Good knowledge of crypto market and trading experience;
- Native English speaker;
- Community management OR personal blogging experience;
- Perfect knowledge of Telegram groups and channels management;
- Enjoy the process of interacting with the community, being actively involved;
- Have a portfolio, blogs, or any channel related to crypto and blockchain;
- Be highly involved in different crypto and blockchain channels and communities;
Responsibilities
- Manage discussions in the Telegram group in English: Moderate spam, answer questions, conduct opinion polls;
- Growing our communities as KOL/influencer;
- Provide content briefings to the creative team and oversee execution;
- Manage and publish content development (posts, onepagers, partner content, contests, giveaways etc);
- Generate ideas and collect references, ensure effective communication and keep content creators informed and check that they are correct, inform the designers of the creatives, publish in the communities;
- Ensure that the content information is original;
- Publish content on our platforms in a dynamic, creative and original way;
- Manage AMA-sessions: Brief speakers (dress code, how to start and how to finish, etc);
- Organize announcements, provide technical support (live push, have names displayed at the right time, etc. during soft streaming);
- Moderate group questions and chat during the session;
- Best practice development and guidelines for countries: Share templates on regular content, administrative/navigators and contests to countries (expert content for localisation;
- Manage Combot: Scheduled posts, moderation rules in community, reputation of participants;
- Best practice and community needs research;
- Manage partnerships performance in Telegram;
- Know the laws of the digital community in order to create original content without breaching post policy;
Nice to have
- Experience in moderating live sessions or video blogging;
- The ability to host would be a big plus;
