Sales Analyst

Responsibilities

  • Operating reports in Hubspot
  • Oversee the sales funnel. Compiling, analyzing, and reporting sales data
  • Monitoring and analyzing competitive activity, customer, and market trends
  • Providing actionable insights to guide the sales and marketing teams
  • Streamlining and optimizing the sales process. 
  • Collaborating with other departments and upper management to identify business goals
  • Selecting, implementing, and managing sales automation tools.
  • Implementing and manage CRM tools to maximize opportunities and customer relationships
  • Work with sales leadership to develop organizational goals

Qualifications 

  • Passion for calculations and analytics, meticulousness in reporting, perfectionism
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Background: economics, data science, mathematics
  • Ability to perform advanced computing functions
  • Experience with Hubspot for at minimum 3 years
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office including Access and Excel
  • Strong communication skills, high level of emotional intelligence
  • Three + years in a Managerial position with increasing responsibility
  • Ability to problem solve
  • Ability to multitask
  • English B2-C2 level
